Cancellation Policy


1. CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS: Many airline tickets are non-cancellable, non-refundable, and non-transferrable. Non-airline cancellations within 42 days prior to departure will result in 100% forfeit of the amount paid. Outside of 42 days, cancellations are accepted and will be subject to cancellation fee of the supplier of the travel booked and a fee GST per person per the applicable supplier rates and charges, with the remainder of the package price refunded back to your credit card. Changes will be accepted up until 42 days prior to your departure and are subject to a issuing supplier change fee and a change fee plus GST per person per the applicable supplier rates and charges. Name changes are not permitted. Some suppliers do not accept changes. To change or cancel your package booking,  

please call 800-593-1095 during business hours. Fuel Surcharges may be applicable to your travel booking. Please refer your travel document terms and conditions prior to travel.

2. AIRCRAFT SCHEDULE CHANGES & DELAYS: Flight schedules are subject to change. Pro Travel Network and EZ Travel Cruises will make every effort to inform guests of any changes. Guests are urged to contact the issuing airline 24 hours prior to departure, to reconfirm flight times. If your flight is delayed, Pro Travel Network and EZ Travel Cruises cannot be held responsible for expenses incurred. Guests must contact their hotel and/or car rental company in the event that they are delayed beyond the expected time of arrival. Guests can also contact Pro Travel Network at 289-562-0090 or EZ Travel Cruises at 800-593-1095 if alternate travel arrangements are required.

3. TAXES: Package bookings may be subject to Goods and Service Tax (GST). All applicable taxes and fees are included in the price quoted, with the exception of car rentals where taxes and surcharges other than GST are paid locally to the car rental company.

4. EXCLUSIONS: Personal incidental charges are the responsibility of the guest and unless otherwise noted, prices do not include local and long distance charges, Internet charges, gratuity, bellman, housekeeping, all personal expenses, and any other services not listed as included in the package price. Airport transfers are not included unless specified on

the itinerary.

5. TRAVEL INSURANCE: Pro Travel Network and EZ Travel Cruises strongly encourages guests to purchase travel insurance for their package. Cancellations within 72 hours of days of policy purhcase 100% refundable. Cancellations of travel insurance

after 72 hours must be made in writing to the issuing company's head office and must  include a explanation for the cancellation and are handled on an individual basis. Call 559-224-6000 or 800-593-1095 for more information.

6. AIRPORT CHECK-IN: You can check-in a maximum of three hours prior to flight departure. For domestic flights, guests must check-in a minimum of one hour prior (90 minutes prior if special assistance is required). For international flights to and from the United States, guests must check-in two hours prior to flight departure.

7. TICKETS & VOUCHERS: Most airlines utilize a ticketless reservation system and do not require a paper ticket for your flight. In the event a paper ticket is issued and sent to the agency, the client will be contacted for receipt of the ticket. In most cases, vouchers or tickets are also not required to redeem for hotel, car, and activity services with a piece of identification enough to redeem vacation services. You will be notified if a voucher is required for any part of your package. All attractions and excursions are 100% non-refundable.

8. ID REQUIREMENTS: Domestic: For flights within Canada, identification is required for all guests over the age of 16. Photo ID is recommended, however, non photo ID will also be accepted. Please note that ID is not required for children under the age of 16; however, it is recommended. Transborder: Starting on January 23, 2007, all air travellers from

Canada will be required to present a passport to enter or re-enter the United States. This includes children of all ages. Please ensure you have the correct documentation when travelling, as failure to produce a passport will result in denial of boarding and / or entry to the United States. It is the responsibility of the guest to ensure they have the correct

documentation for flights between Canada and the United States. Identification must meet the requirements set by customs in each country. Please be advised that entry into another country may be refused even if the required information and travel documents are complete. Pro Travel Network and EZ Travel Cruises cannot be held responsible for denied entry under

any circumstances. Note that some hotel and activity suppliers may require ID for redemption of services.


9. HOTEL CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: Check in and check out times vary by property and may not coincide with flight










arrival and departure times. Refunds for unused services are not provided in the event of an early departure. All guests







who want to check out later than the specified hotel checkout time are required to pay any additional charges that the






hotel will impose upon them.





10. ROOM PREFERENCES: Pro Travel Network and EZ Travel Cruises will forward requests for specific room types, bedding configurations, and other room requests to the hotel however we cannot guarantee they will be available. Multiple guests traveling on the same itinerary but booked on separate bookings will not be identified as a group, will not receive group services, and may be subject to cancellation.

11. HOTEL SERVICE: Hotel management should be contacted immediately if you are not satisfied with your accommodation. If the matter cannot be resolved by the hotel, contact Pro Travel Network.

12. CAR RENTAL: Drivers must be a minimum of 21 - 25 years of age and hold a valid major credit card or may be required to provide a cash deposit. There may be a daily surcharge for renters under 25 years old. Rates shown include unlimited mileage. Additional authorized drivers, taxes and fees are paid locally to the car rental company. Car rentals rates are based on a twenty four (24) hour period. Vehicles must be returned on or before the pickup time on the rental agreement or they may be subject to additional charges. Pro Travel Network and EZ Travel Cruises strongly recommends the purchase of car insurance with your vehicle rental. Car rental company reserves the right to refuse any request for rental, including requests for persons under age, persons not in possession of a recognized full and valid drivers license, persons unable to satisfy credit or cash requirements, or persons who, in the opinion of car rental company, constitute a risk.



You are not entitled to any refund, payment, compensation or credit except as otherwise provided in this Section. Any refunds will be made directly to Your credit card account or Your travel agent and You must receive Your refund directly from these sources. You may cancel by telephone or electronic advice via a Carrier-approved Computer Reservation System, provided Carrier immediately receives written confirmation of cancellation. In such case cancellation shall be deemed effective as of the close of business Pacific Standard Time on the date You communicated such cancellation. The following cancellation policy applies with respect to Your Cruise Fare, Cruisetour Fare, air addons, Shoreside Excursions, and Pre-Cruise and Post-Cruise Package charges (“Total Charges”):

CANCELLATION POLICY EXCEPTION. If you have purchased a specially priced promotion that is 100% non-refundable from the point of payment, you are not entitled to any refund, payment, compensation or credit whatsoever of your cruise or cruisetour fare if you cancel your booking.

If You have purchased Princess Vacation Protection or Princess Platinum Vacation Protection You must notify Carrier and the Insurer of any cancellation as soon as possible and in accordance with all applicable requirements. Refunds or credits available under the Princess Vacation Protection program are subject to the terms of said program. If You purchased Your air tickets through Carrier, all airline tickets are the property of Carrier and must be returned to and are refundable only to Carrier.

Your travel agent acts for You in making the arrangements for Your Cruise and any related travel, lodging and shore excursions and tours. Carrier is not responsible for any representation or conduct of Your travel agent, including but not limited to, any failure to remit Your deposit or other monies to Carrier, for which You shall at all times remain liable to Carrier, or any failure to remit a refund from Carrier to You. You acknowledge that Your travel agent acts solely as Your agent, and not as agent for Carrier, and is deemed as Your agent. Further, receipt by Your travel agent of this Passage Contract or any other communications, notices or information from Carrier shall constitute receipt of such materials by You. You agree Carrier is not responsible for the financial condition or integrity of any such travel agent. In the event that Your travel agent fails to remit to us any monies paid by You to the agent, You remain liable for the monies due Carrier, regardless of whether Carrier demands payment. No refund, payment, compensation or credit of any kind will be provided by Carrier, should You or Your travel agent have to cancel or cut short Your Cruise, unless You have purchased Princess Vacation Protection or Princess Platinum Vacation Protection and meet the eligibility criteria.
